Art Dodge

Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer & President of Ecore

Art Dodge serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Ecore, where he has worked since 1989. He was elected Director of the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) and Chairman of the ISRI’s Tire Chapter in 2018. ISRI, a non-profit trade association of more than 1,600 private and public for-profit companies, promotes public awareness of the value and importance of recycling in the production of goods and services worldwide.

Prior to Ecore, Art worked at Bain & Co in London, England from 1985 to 1988, and Shearson Lehman in Lancaster, PA from 1979 to 1981. Outside of his professional capacity, Art served three consecutive terms on the Lancaster School Board and is the former Chairman of the Keystone Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Art was born in Heidelberg, Germany and raised in Lancaster, PA. He graduated from American University, Washington, DC with a Bachelor of Arts and from the University of Pittsburgh with a Juris Doctor in Law. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland. Art resides in Lancaster, PA with his wife, Justina and two daughters, Sloane and Camilla, and has 3 adult children: Marc, Natalie, and Emilie.
