William Cole

Bill Cole has worked most of his career at Monsanto/Flexsys and Delta-Energy Group where he has held various engineering, customer support, manufacturing supervision and marketing management positions with growth responsibilities in North and South Americas.  For the past 25 years he has focused on marketing raw materials to the rubber industry through Flexsys and Delta-Energy.

In his current position as Director, Product Management for Delta-Energy Group, LLC, a resource recovery company, Bill manages market development, product application development and quality control efforts for products recovered from scrap tire shred.  These products include a premier recovered carbon black (rCB), D-E Black®, and a family of organic liquid products under the DESolv™ brand.

Bill actively participates on two Rubber Division committees and heads up the Nomenclature Sub-Committee for rCB and its co-products under the ASTM D36 Recovered Carbon Black Committee.

Bill obtained a BS in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) and an Executive MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
