Jeff Henry serves as the Vice President of Tire Conversion Technologies, Inc. (TCT) concentrating his efforts on Product Development and O.E.M. Sales.

While studying Accounting at Sage College in Albany New York Henry began working part-time at his D/B/A Cascade Lakes Manufacturing Company. Upon graduating Cum Laude in 1976 he began working full-time producing wood products for the Fishing industry.  As a young man his company secured business with companies such as: L.L. Bean, Cabela’s, Bass Pro and the Orvis Company. Incorporating the business in 1986 the company changed names to Signature Concepts Inc. and added a financial investor Walter L. Robb. Soon after the company added Wal-Mart and K-Mart to their customer list as well as producing products for the hunting, archery, golfing, hockey and the premium incentive market.

Making the decision in 2010 to sell the company, Henry joined TCT with Robb as the Chairman. While at TCT Henry has been awarded two TCT/customer design patents, another sole TCT patent and has developed over 75 compression molded recycled rubber products. Design achievements include: molding colored material and PVC in process, molding various hardware in process and creating systems to produce negative draft product designs for compression molding. Under Henry’s guidance TCT has designed and produced their own hydraulic machines made specifically for the purpose of molding recycled rubber. With more than forty years of development and sales expertise Henry makes the comment that the next emerging recycled rubber market is the development and sales capability of every manufacturer.
