Jesse Levine joined USTMA in 2014. He manages the
Occupational Safety and Health, Environment and Labor and
Human Resources Committees and supports USTMA’s regulatory
and legislative efforts on environment, health and safety issues.
Jesse represents the industry before federal agencies and also
represents the industry in a number of coalitions that support
the Association’s advocacy and regulatory initiatives.
Prior to joining USTMA, Jesse worked in the environmental
group for Crowell & Moring. His previous experience includes
clerking for a federal administrative law judge and interning with
an EPA enforcement office. Jesse also worked for Chairman
Dingell on the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee.
Jesse holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science
from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from
American University, Washington College of Law. He is a
member of the New York Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
He enjoys watching Michigan football games, getting back to
Ann Arbor, and mentoring recent Michigan grads.
