Kevin Bagnall

Kevin Bagnall hails from South Yorkshire in the north of England. He was a Royal Navy Diver for ten years before he began working with Cushion-Deck where be built the business for pour-in-place safety surfacing for playgrounds. He also designed and sold OTR derived product sales and initiated one of the first coloring plants for recycled tire rubber mulch in Tampa Florida. Kevin formed KBI in 2002 to develop and initiate a brand new construction material made out of recycled tire and aggregate. The world’s first “Flexible Porous Paving”  was born anda new industry was developed. To date, Flexi-Pave is now specified not only in the continental USA but indeed overseas as KBI is recognized as the pioneer and industry leader in this exciting emerging re-Cycled tire market. KBI has offices in the USA, United Kingdom and Nigeria.
